ERP Functional Consultant

Analyzing the business processes of a company to understand how an ERP system can improve its operations
Designing and implementing customized ERP software solutions to meet business needs
Conducting training sessions for users to make sure they understand how to use the ERP system
Continuously monitoring and maintaining the ERP system to ensure its optimal performance
Testing the ERP system to find and fix bugs or other issues
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ERP system users
